What to expect at the terminals
- Red Hook (St. Thomas): Covered waiting area, ticket booth, restrooms, snack bar. Open-air boarding from the dock. Allow extra time on Saturday mornings.
- Cruz Bay (St. John): Downtown waterfront terminal. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, taxi stand, and the Virgin Islands National Park visitor center.
- From Cyril E. King Airport (STT): Taxi to Red Hook ~$15 per person, 30–40 min. From Havensight cruise pier to Red Hook ~30 min by taxi.
- Bag policy: One personal item free, $4 per additional bag. Surfboards and bikes allowed on most departures.
